“The gentleman won not think out of his position”reflects the fact that the status of employees in the organization will influence his or her behaviors all the time.. Employee voice and innovative behavior is the focus of current scholars. Based on the expectation theory ,this paper assumes that the employees, perceived organizational status will influence their voice efficacy and environmental mastery ,and further improved voice and innovative behavior respectively. Date was collected from 298 employees in 38 teams and a series of analysis results shows that :high perceived organizational status enhances the sense of environmental mastery and further promotes employee innovative behavior ;although high perceived status increases employee voice efficacy, its subsequent positive effect for their voice behavior only emerges when employee perceive high justice. The results of this research enrich the relevant research of employee status perception, and provide useful guidance on how to promote employee voice and innovative behavior.
